Terms of Use
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Referral service only
Myrtle Beach IBC Solutions is a referral service. We pass quote requests to partner suppliers. We do not sell, buy, clean, transport or recycle tanks ourselves, and we are not a party to any deal you make with a partner supplier.
Partner suppliers
Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, delivery arrangements, warranties and return policies. Any agreement is between you and the supplier. Availability depends on partner suppliers, and sending a request does not guarantee a quote.
Quote requests
Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation. Please give accurate details so a partner supplier can respond to your request.
Site content
The guides on this site are general information, not professional, legal or safety advice. Sizes, grades and regulations vary, so confirm the details with your supplier and check current regulations before you use a tank.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is complete or current, or that any product or service described is available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Myrtle Beach IBC Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a partner supplier.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
