Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our IBC tank cleaning and reconditioning services.

How much does IBC tank cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the service tier and tank condition. Basic rinse starts at the lowest rate, while full rebuilds reflect the additional parts and labor involved. Volume discounts apply to orders of 10+ tanks. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Can you clean tanks that held unknown contents?

We require disclosure of previous contents before accepting any tank for cleaning. If you are unsure what was stored, we can perform a preliminary assessment, but we reserve the right to decline tanks that may pose safety or contamination risks.

Do you pick up tanks for cleaning?

Yes. We offer pickup and return delivery within our service area. Pickup is free for orders of 10 or more tanks. For smaller quantities, a flat-rate pickup fee applies. You can also drop tanks off at our Myrtle Beach facility.

Will my tank be food-grade after cleaning?

Tanks that were originally manufactured as food-grade and previously held food-safe contents can be restored to food-grade status through our Triple Rinse or Full Rebuild service. Tanks that held non-food chemicals cannot be upgraded to food-grade regardless of cleaning.

What documentation do I receive after cleaning?

Every tank cleaned at Triple Rinse level or above receives a cleaning certificate documenting the wash process, date, and technician. This certificate is often required for resale or regulatory compliance in food and beverage industries.

Is there a minimum number of tanks for cleaning service?

No minimum. We clean single tanks and large fleets alike. However, per-unit pricing improves with volume, so consolidating your tanks into a single service order is the most cost-effective approach.
