Delivery Prep Guide

A smooth delivery starts with a little preparation. Here's what to have ready and what we'll take care of.

What You Need Ready

  • 1Clear access path — Ensure our truck can reach the drop-off area. Minimum 10 ft wide, 14 ft overhead clearance for flatbeds.
  • 2Level, firm surface — Gravel, concrete, or compacted ground. Soft or muddy surfaces may delay delivery for safety reasons.
  • 3Someone on-site — An adult must be present to sign for delivery and confirm tank placement location.
  • 4Empty return tanks staged — If we're picking up empties, have them drained, capped, and grouped together for quick loading.

What We Provide

  • 1Forklift on-board — Our flatbed trucks carry forklifts, so we offload without requiring your equipment.
  • 2Liftgate for residential — No dock? No problem. Van deliveries include a hydraulic liftgate for ground-level unloading.
  • 3Delivery confirmation — You'll receive a call or text 30 minutes before arrival, plus a signed delivery receipt with photos.
  • 4Placement assistance — Our drivers place tanks exactly where you need them. Just point and we'll position.

Transportation FAQ

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery pricing depends on distance, quantity, and vehicle type. Local deliveries within Horry County start at $50 for small orders. Regional and nationwide rates are quoted per load. Contact us with your address and quantity for an exact price.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10 AM within our Zone 1 service area (Horry County). Availability depends on truck scheduling — call to confirm same-day options.

Can you deliver to a residential address?

Absolutely. We deliver to residential addresses using enclosed vans with liftgates. The driver will place tanks on your driveway, garage, or backyard — wherever you need them. No dock or forklift required on your end.

What if I need to reschedule a delivery?

No problem. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without a fee. Same-day cancellations may incur a fuel surcharge if the truck is already en route.

Do you pick up tanks as well as deliver them?

Yes. We handle both delivery and pickup. Many customers schedule simultaneous drop-off of clean tanks and pickup of empties or end-of-life containers on the same trip, which saves on transport costs.

Are tanks secured during transport?

Every tank is strapped and braced according to DOT securement regulations. Empty tanks are nested or stacked on pallets. Full tanks are individually secured to prevent shifting. We carry cargo insurance on every load.
